Assuming no body damage or damage to mount locations, probably just the cost of shock, struts, and labor. Probably around $300 or so
Did you get the plate #, company name of the truck?

depends what you want to do, if your taking out your shocks and springs to replace them, you could buy aftermarket parts such as lowering springs or stiffer struts, that would change the price

Not sure how much it costs or how tough to DIY but I have the same problem with my suspension all around, I recomend waiting until winter is over depending on where you are before you get it done. Its still snowing up here in MA and the roads around me are being torn up by the plows, espscialy in my school parking lot. Dont want to spend all that cash then have to replace everything again.

My car makes the same noise, but only if its cold outside when the car is just getting warmed up... wonder if its the same thing with the shocks / struts. Never been replaced and theyre 70k old now.

To do it yourself, you'll need a spring compressor and air tools to break loose those nuts
