could be a bad battery, even if it is new. take it to an autozone or something they can test it for you.

only thing i could think of to do too, gonna hook it up in the morning and see if it has any juice (which it should), if not all the more reason to bring it back

Had the same problem twice. Once was the alternator, the second time was just crosion on the positive post. Hopefully it is just something simple.

Just get a new battery. Mine did the same. I took it to autozone also for them to check and the mavhine was reading that the battery was good. I couldn't keep getting stuck somewhere so I decided to get a new one and haven't had any problems after

I had the same problem. I had Autozone test my battery and they said it was fine but they also tested my alternator. They said my alternator was bad and they had a guy there that could change it for me. I took it to my dealer (because it was supposed to be under warranty) and they tested my alternator and said it was fine and I havent had any problems since so I am not sure what caused my battery to die the first time lol.

so this morning i'm somewhat dissapointed but not
battery is gonna go back either way and we'll hope that's it
reconnecting the battery i had JUST enough juice to start it
terminals looked fine
I haven't done any play with wiring lately, and everything shuts off at night
I can only assume the alt is good due to the fact that it was bought new, and once the car starts going it keeps charge
compared to when the battery was dead before, when jumped it would only hold charge long enough to drive about 2 miles

Do you have HID headlights? I had a problem when the case of the ballast shorted to the chasis. It killed the battery off a couple of times before I heard the ominous crackling sound of a short circuit.

^^I would say something to the same. I had a bad conection on one of my other cars once and it killed the battery a few times.
If you added anything new, look at that first.

yea, just disconnect the battery when you get home for the night, which i think you did. if it doesnt hold charge, it's bad. if it does, well you have a short.....somewhere

most likely none of the stock wiring is going to have a short, so look at anything you have installed, gauges, neon lights, stereo, things like that.....
