Does your car start normally and everything? Also, what year is it? Don't some of the newer years have a security system that uses the radio for a display?? THese are just ideas. I have a 99 Alero, and have never seen this on the radio, and doubt I will, now that I have an aftermarket radio. I am sure if you wait a bit, SOMEONE will come up with the answer.
P.S. I WAS just kidding with my answer. :-)

I know if you have a 2001 and up, theres a special procedure when installing the radio because theres some kind of anti theft device that works with the radio or something like that and you have to install the stock HU in the back of the car or something in order to be able to start the car. When I had my HU installed, the guy told me I was lucky I had a 2000.
