Im the fng...lol
Hey guys
Im a 4 year owner of a white 2000 GL out here in GA and probably moving cali. She is my first car and has been great to me. I been looking to do somethings to her for years but couldnt find much. I must be really slow because I just stumbled on to these forums. Either way I suprised at the support aleros have and the amount of thing you can do to them. After take pot shots from my co workers for driving an alero, thru this website I will able to shut some of them up. I have a WAI and a magnaflow muffler. After lurking here I think you guys convinced me into the gm supercharger. So please excuse my noobness cause Im not the the greatest mechanic and not as hardcore as some of yall. But I do want to get my "ho" to above average Joe status...not to kill stangs and such but to get the respect it derserves for a being an awesome car, plus I need that highway pull..heheh

if you have a 2000 alero i don't think u need to worry about warranty anymore. if u can do brakes u should be able to do this. its pretty much a bolt on setup.

if you still have a warranty it doesn't void it.
took me 11 hours alone, because i went super slow. most do it in like 6. all you do is follow the instructions.

heh last year did engine removal from car in junkyard (9am start) back home by 1pm (hour drive) engine out of the car by 230pm other engine in by 430 then beer time
anyways its good to learn how to fix it/install it by yourself u learn wut u can and can't do. if it gets to be too much ask somebody for help then.

cool I just talk to one of my co workers and he is willing to help me but yeah it does make sense to learn and know about what I am putting in my car so I can do the repairs myself and just have a general idea of whats going on....gonna try to order this weekend...appreciate the vote of confidents...btw what intake do you guys recommend cause I dont think my aem wai gonna fit after this install

you customize it. use one of those simple S-pipe WAI intakes for a cavalier. i have mine connected to another intake cut up a bit to make a CAI.
