Well what kind of driving do you do? I used to get 18 to 20 MPG all city and I filled up and always put in between 9.5 and 11 gallons, so there is your 200, now I'm getting 19 to 21 combined city and highway since I moved to the burbs. I've been babying it the past 2 tanks and I got 21.4 and 21.6, I'm babying the 3rd right now and I have just over 1/2 tank (probably about 6 gallons empty) and I put 150 miles on the tank. That's appox 25 mpg, if I'm right. That includes a road race today and 80 on the NJ turnpike just to keep up with traffic.
With the K&N, at 65 I'm under 2000 RPMs

hmmm well i have been a pretty radical driver but since my first car show last week and joining this site I have calmed down cause I have realized how stupid I look especially since I am 26 and doing it so this tank i have right now is the first tank I have been for the most part a normal driver although I have caught my self doing quick accelerations which I am trying to break that habit now

Ya, stop the hole-shots all over the place. My Alero (ecotec) can easily get at least 300/tank (usually 25 MPG) in town and i can get over 400 on the hwy.
If I drive the crap off my 3400 around town I have gotten it down to like 14 MPG or something like that (maybe less, I usually don't track that one)

Iridium plugs have less resistance, so its like throwing a hotter coil on your motor. This is why they claim 10hp, for those with weak ignitions. They are also self cleaning and last a long time. Is it worth the money? In the long run, yes. Double laser platinum? I dunno what that means but I wouldn't use platinum plugs, or anything that says bosch on my vehicle.

w/ what mods?? i know you have an exhaust, probably a cai? anything else?
i average 25mpg, and its usually split 50/50 hwy/city. i got in the mid 30s when i was going to ASS (all highway)
if your car is high miles, you can try throwing a can of seafoam through it, see if that cleans it up and improves your mpg.

so I guess 15mpg in town isn't all that good? Maybe it has something to do with my tailpipe looking like a military-grade flame thrower (without using a spark kit).

For Iridium plugs, use the ACDelco #41-101. They're the factory original plugs for the 3400. They're made by NGK.
