Rear wheel camber
I got new tires for my car a little over a year ago. I put 10,000 miles on them since then, now the outside of both the rear tires is almost showing the wear bars. Is this a simple alignment issue or something more serious.

Its called, ROTATE YOUR TIRES. The manual recommends every 7500 miles.

Tire rotation wouldn't cause the tires to almost be bald on the outside in under 10,000 miles. Tires are supposed to wear evenly across, regardless of whether they are installed on the rear or front.

Well you didn't say bald in the first post....
Anywho, rear tires on a front wheel drive car generally do wear harder on the outsides. You're supposed to rotate them before they start getting uneven.
You might have a separate problem, but it wouldn't be the only contribution towards the wear you're talking about.

.....
ok, the tires are wearing at an excessive rate and he (she?) is looking for answers as to why that is.. so what if they arent flat bald yet lol.. theres still a problem.
and not rotating your tires for a full 10k miles (depending on the tire, some wear more than others) might not be that great of an idea..

I never said they were bald, I said almost bald. I also said the wear bars are showing. Wear bars show when 1/16" of tread remain, so you are saying 1/16" isn't almost bald?
