Decent setup. When I first got my Alero, the first modification was a pioneer dash, decent amp, and a HUGE competition box with two 12's behind a plexy glass design and some neon lights. Oh, and no room in the trunk. I miss the bump but I've outgrown it, now Im more considered with peformance.

I rarely turn my subs up loud anymore, but I still play my music loud as hell. LOL

It is pretty loud when I turn it up. The carpet on the port is coming off but nothing a little glue won't fix. Ryan I only paid $100 for the sub and box, so that box is good enough for now. Maybe sometime in the future I will get you to design a box for me.

i was running a 12'' kicker cvr in a ported box, 200w kicker amp, cheap kicker speakers front and back. they actually sounded really good but the sub was too boomy.
crutchfield had rock bottom prices on infinities so i got new front and backs and a 12'' sub all for $250 free shipping. got a sealed box for $50-60 on island. sealed is the way to go! i shoulda just left the kickers for back speakers or even stock. they dun really add much.
