resonator new cat

so putting on a new cat with new pacesetter exhaust im worried what can hapen to the sound losing the reonator. ive neve had aftermarket performNCE cat so idk if they adjut the sound of exhaust anyone kno or have ideas if this whill change the pacesetter exhaust sound and how in what way?

I cut off my resonator and muffler and just have it straight piped from the cat back and it sounds like a 5.0 mustang sometimes if conditions are right.

lol
lots of resonators is a good way to ensure lack of ricyness...and by resonator i mean connected mufflers...prolly 2.
