P0133 code: O2 sensor slow response

still have all the lights even tho I changed out the o2 sensor for a heated one. Any other ideas?

Has the light been on the whole time?

If you never reset the light, it takes 3 consecutive ignition cycles where the P0133 diagnostic cycle runs without a fault to clear the light.
