GoldStar611 GX Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: xx Posts: 151	To be honest a 1/2 or even 1 farad cap is more trouble than it's worth, having to deal with charging and all. Just leave out the cap, IMO. Aftermarket radios have a output labeled remote, put a switch in between that. My stock radio didn't have a remote wire so I wired up to a switched fuse and put a switch in between that.
