Depends on the parts really. If you replaced those DPP heads with 3500 heads, I think you would change your mind.

/\ DAMN! Oh well. The alero may be going on the back burner, my finace's car died and we are looking at an 03 Saab 9-3 with a 2.0T. That may be the new fun car and mine a commuter. Who knows.

Those are my flow numbers for stock and my parts. My parts are researched and perfected from years of giving a damn and in NO WAY represent what anyone else does.
3500 heads would simply amaze you i am sure. MPG and HP increase from bone stock 3500 heads and a ported lower would be very noticable and worthy of "daily driver" modification simply for the efficiency increase alone. Velocity is the answer.

I blew it up this summer and added the cam and comp springs etc. new engine but the trans is still kicking after 145k hard miles. *knock on wood.

I didn't used to flow past .500. Too many people wanted to know so I started going to .600. I haven't done any boost heads on the exhaust side since then.

don't tint the lights! i love cleared corners and the stock tails.
if i were you, i'd skimp on some of that stuff and go ahead and get yoru turbo. but i'm not and actually have no money, so...
