Another Successful A.S.S
We made it home and we know that Bdyman, Oldsnut and Auntie Pattie made it home, safe and sound. We also know that AleroSaint and Hein-y made to Illinois and were going to be stuck in traffic for a little on I-80 in Illinois.
It was a great time as always, it was great to see everyone and we can't wait until next year! Next year, we will have more, right?
Again a big thanks to our sponors!!!!! The door prizes and award gifts were awesome. Another big thanks to Redog & Mrs. Redog working on the sponors, another great job as always. Thanks for all the donations that everyone pitched in this year to this event, it was much appericated!
Thanks again to everyone that came out !!!!!!!!!
We will start thinking about A.S.S '10. We will get settled in, and then we will get more pics and stuff up on the site.

i forgot to report in. I've been "home" since 2. (stopped off to talk to my g/f )
zol was well on his way. We both got quite a scare when a cop nearly pulled us over. (we were only speeding a little) but luckily, a local got nailed instead. We made great time on our trip back.
I had so much more fun this year. I'll admit, the first time was a little stressful, since i felt a little outta place. It seemed like that wasn't a problem for anyone this year. Thanks again Mr./Mrs Oldsman. You guys rule!

don't worry.. i'm sure your adobe house has like... 12 more that are semi functional. Just a matter of finding which works best, as a replacement.

i'm home! after the accident that left our caravan stranded for hours... we ended up finding a different way an hour and a half in, and the highway was expected to be closed another 2-6 hours. SHEESH.

I think you just got Smurf a little wet with this line.
It was a great to get home and take my daughters out for Ice Cream but on the other hand I already miss you guys. I had a blast as usual.
Special props to Alerosaint, Heinecke & PapaSmurf.

I couldn’t go cause I got called into work, and I'm trying to get a part time position here. It was a hard decision....

Just to let all know I just rolled into the house like 10 minutes ago and had no problems. Smurf should be home in about 3 hours from now so hopefully he has enough energy to post when he gets home but understand if he doesn't. We saw another accident in Kentucky that was a repeat of the Indiana accident only our side of the interstate was moving and other side was walking around waiting for road to open back up.

Ok, So Smurf is home. I pulled in about 20 mins after 2 and was telling my wife all about ASS.
Thank you ALL who attended this year and for the wonderful time I had. I promise that I will post responses to all the threads later. I am just too tired right now.
Oh yeah BTW Reddog,
14 hours from my front door to the hotel parking lot, 738 Miles.
16 Hours from the hotel parking lot to my driveway. Didnt look at the miles when I got out but I didnt clear them so look for the update.
