no the skirts can be fixed to fit the car but bodykits admitted to their screw up and said they would fix. Also bdyman said it would cost more to fix the ones i have than it was worth. But we will see what happens.

Well we would like some suggestions. we have spent numerous hours on the phone. sent alerosaint to pickup parts from their other shop because it was to difficult for them and have tried and tried to work with them. the only solution right now is take the kit as is and then u deal with all the fitment issues. so please give suggestions not just do something because we have been trying.

There was but they say the fits and extending the skirts an inch is a minor mod and should only cost $20. which we all know is BS.

you still might be able to do a breach of contract, but it might cost more than it's worth

All you would need is multiple estimates from reputable body shops that dispute that $20 estimate, and you should be fine.

Oh we know what would need to be done. But somethings are easier said then done.
I guess I should have clarified that what i meant was group buy people should give suggestions and if they want to but money forward to go after other actions but no suggestions.
Now you can't get a hold of the owner and our contact avoids us and just passes the buck.
Soon the whole story will come out.

Yeah the same guy who bought the Intrigue OSV, they both sold for $15,000 including the buyers premium (totally pathetic)! I know if the value of these cars do not rise I will be DDing the SC3 Intrigue after my current DD dies (I am not kidding) I do know the guy lives in South Carolina he told me he was going to join the OCA. Hasnt done it yet AFAIK. In other news Angelo Valenti is selling the Intrigue 442.
