Well if someone else is going to make them, after you get a couple under your belt, show some pics, and maybe we can get the rest of the group buy transferred. My lights are especially unique and part the reason I was last on the buy, since it is a more in depth fabrication.
ps still havent seen bryce on yahoo/MSN

If you want, I am sure you may be able to buy someones spot, one of the guys who want a refund.
I just immed with Bryce, he of course has been swamped, and i was able to get him for a min while he was on a conference call. he will be stopping by to make a post (he said this evening)
For those of you who would like a refund, please post something so that he knows, or try him on IM. He did tell me he was going to have a little more time coming up, but i will let him get into more detail about that.
he does thank everyone for their patience in this long (unnecessary) process.

Hey everybody....sorry for the long absence. Things have been ridiculous lately. Thanks Dan for keeping everyone updated.
Starting Nov. 1st I will be working from home full time, which will allow me more 'multitasking' time for those who still want to wait. Otherwise I will work on the agreement for partial refund of the deposits for those who do not want to wait.
Feel free to contact me via IM or email. If I am not reachable one way, I should be via another. Typically I am on Messenger during the day, making it the best form of contact.
Thanks for your patience.
Bryce

I no longer give a damn what your excuse is. Send me back all my money cuz you haven't done a damn thing for us. I'm sure the only reason you haven't been deleted is cuz you owe us. Give us back our money!

Well looks like I'll be getting a 75% refund... Yay I can use it to pay some of my medical bills if I survive surgery tomarrow. Oh and sorry about the "unprofessional" email Anderbra. I'm so glad you pointed that out to me. I'll try to be more professional next time as clearly what I said must not be justified.

Wow...did I read this correcty? This thread started in July of 2008? I'm suprised there hasn't been any sort of legal action. Lets all check back on this thread on the 2 year anniversary...thats only 5 months away.

Did ANYONE happen to send him the deposit in the mail? If so, contact the US Post office, because he has actually committed mail fraud, and they don't take kindly to that. Also, if any of this money has crossed state borders, it becomes FEDERAL Mail Fraud. You can get this guy in a lot of trouble, AND get your money back......or atleast relish in the fact he is in a federal jail somewhere, hopefully with a cellmate called "Bubba".
