Well cars sitting in the tow yard and the tow company refuses to tow it back to my house (even when the other persons insurance company said they would gladly pay for it to be towed back) because they just want to collect the storage fees.
Appraiser is coming to look at it tomorrow.

Very sad day, appraiser came and told me it was totaled.
Trying to get the car towed back to the house as we speak.

ya if its totaled let it stay totaled, sure we can fix it, but we only fix what the insurance gives to fix no more no less, so if you have more damage it comes out of your pocket not insurance
and yes what insurance company do you have

I am not at fault for the accident so it is going through her insurance which is safety insurance, while my insurance is Plymouth rock.
Got it towed back to the house, and this is how she sits
Kind of sad, just finished my 2.3L HO swap and the battery relocate
