finally got the wheels all painted and tires mounted and on the car. im not as super excited as i thought i would be, but they do look better than the 15's.

I don't mean to sound the douche but what your car looks like is what I'm afraid of happening to mine. I have a white alero as well and I worried that the chrome rims I got would blend in with it too much. It looks to me that the jet black tires contrast with the white and added with the clear corners and no decals or sticker strips the body seems terribly plain to me.
Keep in mind I'm just inputting my opinion. If you like it, that is all that matters. If you're looking for a new set of tires in the future the pirelli p-zeros that I got off of tirerack.com are pretty awesome.

well im getting used to how it looks. i like it more each time i look at it. and i appreciate the comments. i was actually kind of going for the very basic, 2 color, no trim or moldings or anything kind of look. which i think i achieved. would also look quite a bit better once i get the windows tinted i think.

see, I have a Silver alero, with Silver 17's.
Not too flashy, but it certainly provides an upgraded look to the car.
Except now my car is rusting apart, but alas, it's the downside to living in NL.

blackout your headlights and tails and it will make a world of difference, also tint, 20% all the way around.....

tails are tinted already, and ive been thinking about doing the headlight bezels black too, not sure tho. and i plan on getting tint asap.

i hope so too. theres almost a whole can on each wheel. when ive got the time, im gonna clean a lot of the over spray, and use another can or so per wheel.

ya, when i get the time ill do them black and polish the lenses, cuz theyre getting kinda foggy. then when i get more time, ive got a razzi kit to get molded on and painted.
