Here's the response I received from him...
I do not have the bends programmed. I couId do this, but the tight fitment over the rear crossmember/axle would be difficult to replicate accurately each time. I’ll give it some thought and see if I can come up with a solution. Thank you.

Another update....
The initial bends, before the rear axle, would be straightforward. The last two bends, just above the axle and just before the muffler, would be require custom fitment and welding since the angle and position of those bends will vary depending on the type of muffler used. We could provide those bends in a kit, but it would not be a direct bolt-in as fitting/trimming and welding would be required in that area.

I understand what he says. I wouldnt expect to be bolt in, I was expecting to be some welding obviously and maybe some cutting at the end. The bend right on top of the axle wouldnt be a problem if we keep the same style muffler you got which is offset (IN) center (out) correct, if anything at the last bend right before the muffler maybe they can leave some few more inches on pipe cause it depends how long is the muffler. But again im not a muffler guy.
Btw thats a pretty clean install and looks good. Im happy and its not even my car lol... just missing the header down and before cat but im sure you getting that cover at later point.
Thanks for taking your time to get in contact with him.

Well the supercharger kit is gone, sold it about a week ago... At least I got most of my money back out of it.
I'll still do some mods to the Alero, but nothing major. Need it as a daily driver and don't want to take any chances, I was originally going to buy a beater to DD, but plans have changed.
I'm also considering selling it. Anybody looking for a 5-speed/Ecotec combo??? Looking to get $3400 for it (won't be sold with the 17" OZ Racing wheels though) Exhaust install pictures should give you an idea of what condition it's in lol ... just throwing it out there.

I can always get another kit... only lost less than a hundred bucks on this one.
I still haven't decided really what I'm going to do, just throwing ideas around.
ASS '10 is priority right now, so I'll see what I'm going to do after...

I dont want to hear that excuse now lol... my car its Daily driving, snow driven and all with a not so good tune, and it had 113k right now. You have way lower miles and you were planning on having the car TUNE so it would of been perfect. In another note the GM reflash got unlocked by trifecta, so will be having a better start off base tune.
I bet you got your are eyes set to another car, so spill it out..

If you seriously put it up for sale, I would probably wind up buying it, although I really shouldn't. Nothing bad has happened to it since I last saw it, right?
I think you should hang on to it for a while, even if you don't mod it further, but it would be a shame to let that new exhaust go to waste.
