Special thanks to Guiguilandry- for suggesting my terribly plugged CAT Jason Waltz- For letting me know that The park rev limiter is 4000rpm.(I almost put the exhaust back on figuring it wasn't the problem) I can now take my supposed blown engine car and trick it out and love it!
