It will most likely go up for sale after ASS '10, the car is still the same since you saw it, last mod being the exhaust...
Only thing is, it won't be sold with the 17 inch rims, that'll be extra. Don't know how much I'll add if someone does want them.
Would be nice to have a fellow Aleromod member make the Ecotec/5-speed combo reach its full potential...

Now, take it to Bandimere this Sunday for the Street Tuner event.... Ya gotta time it at least once, even though you'll lose a full second of E.T. at that track.
My stock '03 3400 did a 16.9 there, so you have a benchmark already

Well I thought about it some more last night, and will definitely keep it until I graduate from school, which will be in 2 years or so... Then after that if I can keep two vehicles I might even drop a built motor in.
Even if I were to sell the Alero, I would only buy a vehicle in the same price range, maybe $5000 tops, which didn't make sense at all. Seeing that I would have to put up with another used vehicle which I have no idea how the previous owner treated it.... Plus I was looking over the pros again over my Alero.
(1) It's just shy under 60,000 miles on the engine
(2) The trans and body only have 105,000 miles (glad I don't have an automatic)
(3) Previous owner had a new clutch installed at 9X,000 miles (Poor guy paid $2,000 at the dealer for the install)
(4) I only paid $3300 for a clean '03 5-speed
Sure it has a few cons that still need to be fixed, but its nothing major, such as having no horn or a domelight that stays on after the doors are closed
Now, I would definitely like to boost it, because N/A mods on the Ecotec are pretty much useless.
So I've been thinking of getting another supercharger kit towards Fall '10, or even look at a custom turbo setup (everyone here has their opinions of s/c or t/c). If I go with a turbocharger, I would like to talk to a few shops in the area that could get me a setup installed.
My goal is at least 210whp
Therefore, I wanted to know if anyone knew any shops that they could recommend in the Denver area or Colorado that I could discuss with about this matter.

Im glad to read this... Anywayz for that whp your shooting you can easily do that with the M62, for its simplicity of installation thats what I would recommend. Turbo charger is what im sure everyone loves including me, but if you are gonna have to pay a shop to do a custom job im sure thats gonna cost ya a big chunk.

Yeah I couldn't let it pass by, after all it is a GMPP kit. I'll even get a cavy PCM, which I only plan to use to get me to the shop to have it tuned. You still running on a cavy pcm right???

ohh yea... another good news its the reflash tune its about to be release... Vince at trifecta unlocked and its can be tune by MAP instead of TPS(alpha-n).... so basicly we gonna be able to do what the 2.4 guys been doing. That would be running around $250....

Looks good man.... wish the spring would settle lil lower. Alternator...Im running stock one ever since. I Installed the cobalt one and took it off cause it wasnt charging, so im like the effer ripped me off. But came to find out that the plug was backwards since the plastic tab was broken and I didnt really checked the connection, just went to my stock one to compare the issue and left it there. I havent had a single problem YEt alteast, dont think Ill needed really.
