train horns
so i recently installed train horns/ air horns whatever you would like to call it on my alero.(compresser, tank, horns, the whole 9 yards) i know there are a few small leaks, like at the gauge and tank but sometimes when i hit the switch to blow the horns (there are 3 total) one will go a few seconds before the rest kick in. does anyone know why this is or a solution to the problem?

you need to make sure that the air hoses are the same length to each horn from the splitting hub fitting. it only make sense that one horn will sound before the others if the air has less room to travel.

Not enough pressure? What psi are you running in the tank?

how can you have one line feeding 3 horns? what type of horns did you buy? if it really if all together like that with 1 inlet port then there is nothing that you can do to prevent it.

Can't really tell, does each horn have a valve on the end? Kinda looks like they do

Temp would have nothing to do with it. The only possibly problem is the ones already posted. You have an air leak, or a bad horn/bad horn design

With 150 psi, I'd bet you'd hear a leak. Any way you could take a video of the setup and what it's doing?

You probably need more flow, the smaller horn is working because the hole is smaller to make noise, but the larger ones need a while longer of more flow to get going! If your horns are all the same size/frequency then your guess is as good as mine, I would still say you need more constant high flow of air.
