Squeaking
So there's squeaking, but I don't know if its the tensioner pulley or the belt itself because the belt isn't cracked bad at all or fraying.

The belt could still squeak, how many miles on the belt, and is there any glazing (shiny spots in the grooves).

Well I imagine it's the original belt as I got the car with 57K on it and now has 70K. Haven't had a chance to look at the belt recently as the damn weather in Ohio sucks and wont stop raining and or snowing. Last I checked I don't remember any shiny spots but didn't look that closely except to look for obvious fraying and or bad cracking.

I guess when I have the chance I could also release tension on the belt just enough to check the tensioner because I know on my Camaro I had to replace it because the bearing seal and balls went bad and seized up.

Replace the belt, and the tensionor.
I replaced my belt then 2 years later the tensionor went, so I had to replace the belt again 
NOTE: when you support the engine with a jack, use a jack with no wheels, It's not fun when the engine shifts just a little

Or if you have access to an engine hoist that works even better.

Wait...why would I need a jack? I haven't really looked but I have done other tensioners and never had to use a jack
|

I'm guessing you might have to pull the motor mount to get to the tensioner? not sure never replaced one on a 3.4

you have to pull a motor mount to change the belt on a 3.4, but you might get away without out it for just the tensioner, cause that's towards the top of the engine.

I use a transverse engine support fixture for things like that...

I didn't have access to one of those, I just put the engine hoist in the hook on the passenger side of the engine, unbolted the motor mount, then lifted the engine about an inch so I could get the belt out.
