1.5-2inch Drop!
As you guys can see, i have 20's on my alero and plan to downsize later but i was looking to drop my car about 2 inches and was wondering what are the best lowering springs and where do i get them from?

I believe Intrax gives a 2.2 inch drop, but IDK where to get them

H&R drops lower than Intrax, i know from experience.

white, I have looked a the sunfire and cavi's kits their the exact same as the one for the alero heck even the rear mounts have the same part # I havent checked for the front

Anyone know anything about this? I can imagine the weight differences in the cars wouldbe really different so rebound would be off etc.
However they do make full coilovers for cavis so someone get in here who knows

ill get the part #'s for the mounts if the mounts are the same the springs are the same. ill also get the strut part #'s too

well you know what, as much as the springs look identical, have the same mounts and everything esle the actual struts are two different part #'s
and the part #'s for the springs in the front from napa is not the same either so its either get them and try it OR ill eat my words and say im wrong

How could they be the same? J-bodys weigh like 400 pounds less than N-bodys... so the spring rates must be different, right?!

springs are springs, thats why coil over's are mostly universal for any car ( not all ) like the cheap $40 ebay ones. they j-body's springs look identical to what I have on my alero from the factory ones to the aftermarket ones I do know as a fact the front struts are the same but the rears are much longer then our cars
