Pacestter headers question!
Okay, so i ordered some pacesetter headers. Was workin on the car last nighr taking off the manifolds so i didnt have to mess with it. Headers come in later today.. But there is two things i ran into...
1. A stud broke off into the head. Gotta figure out how im gonna drill it out.
2. I asked xanderwifi about his car cause he has the same headers... He wasnt sure but does the pacesetters come with an egr port or do i need to block it off?

I have S&S headers and they have an EGR port, but if your headers don't have one Ben at WOTTech sells a block off plate that goes on the UIM

You will need to take it to a exhaust shop and have the cat cut down and custom made to work.

Thanks. I put it back on. Its 3:11am here almost finished, gotta finish the custom downpipe, cut part of the radiator fans cause its sitting against the header. Hook up the o2 sensor, bolt up the exhaust and i should be set. Oh and Put the intake back on

Not coated headers in Indiana will rust and fall apart quick... I give them 2 years

howd you fix the stud problem? how much it cost you?
and did you use a gasket connecting the bottom of the headers to the exhaust piping? if you did, whered you get it from?
