rear door speakers!
I thought i had it all worked out anyway... i got everything pulled apart and was about to run the wires through to the door... I quickly discovered that there is a plug there with no effing way into that rubber hose to get the wires to the door. luckly I hadnt starting cutting the panels yet, Im going to leave it tore apart until tomorrow, if I cant dream something up then I'll have a set of rockford frostgate 5 1/2's up for sale. SO, anyone have any ideas for getting another set of wires into the rear doors?

Not all pins are used in plugs like that. Idk what it looks like, but I would take a look at it, if you have some empty ones, you could drill a small hole there

Head out the the junk yard and get two of the grommets with the connector tubes from some other car. Drill holes, install and run wire.
or...

Maybe something like this will work...

I was actually thinking about drilling new holes in the door and center beam, put a rubber grommet around them, run wires, silicone them in place. I had though about trying to get through that plug, there's no way, when if I could I couldn't get through the hose to the door for crap.

You wouldnt want to silicone them in place.
You want an oversized grommet to allow the wire to float. This helps reduce how much if any it bends.
