Has anyone on this site ever done this before. I saw it on cardomain and I thought it was pretty cool.

It's a decal.
I got mine on eBay. It order for it to work, the sizing has to be perfect so I suggest eBay for this
I've had mine on the car since about 2002

I had mine done in carbon fiber effect. Natedawg does custom decals.

Or i'd just get the font you want and the size make a template double sided tape the letters and niteshade over them, that's what I'm gonna do with mine

problem with night shade is if you mess up theres no going back to fix it.

I've used lacquer thinner before and it worked fine. It cut right through 3 coats of clear and 3 coats of nightshade. A lot of people say it will burn the plastic, but I had no problem. This was on a set of G6 tail lights, so idk if that makes a difference or not.

why not get an LED thhird brake light from a grand am. I was looking at mine and they both look to have the same bolt pattern and design.
