Quite exhaust...
I need help finding some quiter mufflers for my car im gonna attempt a mod that i havent seen done on any of these cars yet but we have done it to our mustang.

2004 oldsmobile alero gl1 sedan, cold air intake from chrome intakes, catback exhaust, ceramic brakes and cross drilled rotors.
Future mods are going turbo charged, paint, new exhaust system, converting rear brakes to discs, and hopefully a 6-speed tranny swap. Not exactly in that order.

No this is for the alero pretty much im gonna do something like open headers with a bypass and a electronic butterfly valve so that way I can have it quite when I want it and loud when I want it I know ill have to do some modification to the body to make it just right but its pretty much the headers ill be getting each hooked up to a different y-pipe one side of the y pipe go out like choo choo pipes and then the other outlet on the y pipe go to a catalytic converter then to the mufflers.

this idea came to me today when I was working on our mustang lx with this same setup with out the butterfly valves its just a steel plate the bolts on

Quieter than what? Stock mufflers?

about the same as the stock but ill need 2 of them and smaller

If a 4 cyl I would say a 2 greddy dt mufflers would be awesome!
