Its not pointless when you have the seats down.

i approve, buttttttt.... i wouldnt have added ports to it, most times without ports the sub will beat harder. i had ported box for 2 12 inch kickers, it was loud, but then switched to a sealed box, and it was even better. (it was a custom box made by me, also with the right sizing specs for the subs because they needed a certain amount of room in the box to "breathe" efficiently) just my opinion. but your box is still nice, good job.

sealed boxes are good, but they require more power to sound great.

The sealed/ported thing is nothing more than a variable.... I used to have a sealed box in my Grand Am and it needed more power to get it where I wanted it (beating trunk, alarms setting off, etc) whereas my ported box does the job nicely with some entry level Alpine subs. My sealed subs were some MTX audio subs that were high end at the time (it was old school)
My thing, whatever works best for someone is what's good. I personally prefer bandpass because they can hit really hard. The benefits of both boxes...

Just razzing ya I got my subs, amp and cap all on my box also. Decks are in the normal spot as is the Monsoon amp. The nice thing about large boxes is the inability to get em out fast too lol. Of course I have my NRA life member sticker prominently displayed in my rear window along with my Clifford Matrix stickers on each rear door window over the passlock stickers.
I love having the Pager alarm but to be honest they can be trying in a place with children around. I had to have some work done on it so only doors, lights and pins set it off up stairs. Tired of the door knockers setting off my pager 5 times a night. I do have the warn away set normal though.
