Is it quite possible it is still a vacuum leak?
This morning (7:30) it was cooler and a bit damp out and I had a fairly rough idle in drive. Fast forward to just a bit after ten and it is fairly warm and dry and my idle was quite tolerable even with the AC on - only a bit of shaking from the car/steering wheel.
I was just playing around with Torque for Android and normally I idle around 730 rpms and with the AC on this didn't change much but if I try to roll up all four windows at once (automatic windows) my idle drops significantly to 670 or even below resulting in that heavier idle.
I'm not sure if any of this helps diagnose the problem but I thought I would post it up.

Still having issues with this. I have checked vacuum leaks with incense smoke as well as with carb cleaner without any results.
This leads me to believe that there is either an elusive vacuum leak, the mounts are bad (they don't appear to be, or upon some more research perhaps the ICM is going bad and hasn't set off the dummy lights.
I plan to take it into a local shop for a diagnostic next weekend when I get free time, other inputs are appreciated.

My V6 used to have a rough idle when it would start up and put in drive. Thought it was a vaccum leak but couldnt find a leak. Ran codes and saw a cylinder 2 misfire. I never messed with the plugs or anything but the problem did go away.
I did however use some lucas gas treatment and started using mid grade fuel. ( i have no idea if this helped at all)

Got it resolved, it was simply a bad engine mount. The old one looks fine but it is unbelievably squishy.
