Seat adjustment spring....
2004 Gl coupe:
Small spring with blue cover around it. Found underneath passenger seat, ever since I found this seat will not move forward or back. Tried looking for diagrams of where it may go and searching all over the internet but no luck. Figured you guys could help. Sure it is a simple fix.

Dont mind the dirty carpet. Previous owner..... wont come up I need new carpet.
Anyway hope this helps.
This pic shows toward front of seat there is a bar that comes off of the bracket thats closest to center console, it shoots over about 3 inches to the pass door. At the end of it is a small hole. The spring goes in that small hole.
At the back is the same circumstance. Just goes straight back and hookes in the rear.

Thanks for the help on where that spring goes!! But that isn't the problem... It's something with the latch. I put the spring back and everything and it folds down but it doesn't move back and forth??

This spring came off in my car years ago.
Does the seat still move when you pull on the adjustment lever on the front of the seat?

Yeah what sleepy said. No forward or backward motion. And I'm talking about the whole seat not the back support, that works just fine.
