Ever get this problem fixed? I'm having similar issues. Threw in fuel injector cleaner, replaced the fuel filter, more fuel injector cleaner, none of that helps. Just wondered how you fixed it if you did.

Maybe spark plugs and boots, fuel pump, or fuel sending unit, clogged injectors (could still be a problem there)....etc.

check resistance in plugs and wires. should be around 1-4 K ohms for plugs and 9-14 k ohms for wires. just a thought

does it throw any codes? Check the EGR valve...my old one was doing this and I had the injectors cleaned and fuel filter replaced several times and it turned out to be the EGR valve.
