Engine Oil Breather Filter
i just found this pic that has an Engine Oil Breather Filter, and was wondering if it was worth getting and what it really does. can someone explain this to me?

never got a chance to see the inside, but all those mods caught my attention. especially the engine breather

That filter there actually inhibits the proper ventilation of the crankcase. The filter should be in the opposite valve cover as the PCV valve.

It just helps the air circulation in the crank case. If you're car is stock no turbo or supercharger you don't need it because It would not help with nothing in performance wise.

It really does as much on a stock GM engine, as a Mopar performance parts does (look at the pass side fender by the suspension housing)

Looks like one of the pulley brackets. It has the belt routing sticker on it

he's actually got 2 mopar stickers, one on the pass fender and one on the pass headlight cover. and i think i see a ford racing sticker on the drivers side strut tower

eh at least he's got SOME things to make it a littler faster.. CAI, nitrous.. and I think I remember seeing something about an electric supercharger LOL

In the pic above the headlights there are covers, where did he/she get those? I have a 2001 alero with V6
