cruise control bulbs

Hi,
the bulbs for the cruise control on the steering wheel don't work anymore on my Alero. Do I have to start messing with the air bag to replace them or can I get to them from the outside?
What kind of bulbs go in there?

If I have to mess with the airbag; all I have to do is disconnect the battery, pull the air bag fuse and get in there and put it back in the reverse order, right?

thanks

yea, always disconnect the battery. some cars you have to wait a few min before removing the airbag, because they can still go off even if the battery is disconnected. because if you were to get in an accident and the battery came disconnected, the air bags still need to work, its weird....but make sure you look in the manual or something. just so you dont have the air bag go off in your face.....THOSE THINGS WILL KILL YOU. lol
