Unhappy Blown Out Fuse Problem Please Help :( :(

I have the plain 2003 gx alero with manual windows!!

this is my problem the fuse for interior dash and rear lights is blow out

everytime i put a new one in... the car immediately blows it out!!!

the fuse is located under tho hood i think its number is 43 or 45 for a blue number 10 fuse. i tried putting different fuses it the slot and that did not work .. the cars just keeps on blowing it out!!!

please help

why is this happening... i get pulled over by cops at night since my rear lights are out and i tried to explain it... now i have to drive at night with my hazards on!!!

please help or ill be losing so much money on fines!!

all you can really do is trace wires that are connected to that circuit, and find teh short...

how do i do that... hmm

shall i start from the lights to the fuse box... or should i go from the fuse box to the lights

also what causes a "short"?/

wires being crossed, power wires touching bare metal or other wires or a ground (metal), etc.

ummmm CATASTROPHE

well my mechanic took it for 3 days and is now getting an electrician to look it for me !!

so um yeah he has to take the fenders off and go through the wires!!
