steering problem!

hey everybody...MYy car was fine,until i changed both outter tie-rods(easy enough).Then it sorta pulled one way,on accereation,then when 2nd gear hit it''d kick back over straight/even...I got an allignment and now it drives smoother/straight with minor pull, but on decent acceleration, wheel goes off loose sorta the left 25 degrees(got to hold it there to keep driving straight), and remains there till let off the gas,at which time car jerks and wheel evens itself out..any help would be great.mechanic said it was my powersteering fluid.but how all a sudden after doing tie rods..?..thanks
