Lowering Springs?

Eibach PRO-KIT or Sprint 3145 Lowering Springs?

is there much of a difference?

Ive heard that sprint drops the car more than advertised. Eibach has a smaller drop. So really depends a lot on how low you want the car.

If you want super low, go for the sprints. I dont remember who in Aleromod said this, but I thing sprints have a 2-3 inch drop (they advertise 1.75 front and back which is still more than eibachs).

if you have steep driveways to go up, don't go as low as you can. bag it for the super low stuff.

Apparently if you don't change your struts, they'll die before long. So I've read.

I'm still on stock struts and its ridin around great for me.. my back tire comes off the ground when i go into our driveway lol.. it chirps rubber every time I pull in..

hardly notice a difference in ride quality.. its slighty stiffer than stock, but barely. my fat inner tubes for tires might be why it still rides a bit smooth though.. 215/60R/16's when I should have 225/50R 16's I need to get new tires and wheels and slap a good set of winter tires on these stock wheels

I have the sprint springs but I put on KYB-GR2 struts. It dropped the car a lot, easily 2". Definitely have to be careful pulling in and out of the driveway, can't do it straight, have to take it at an angle. It'll bottom out over larger speed bumps if you take them straight on.

This pic is before they fully settled

I have the Eibach springs with stock struts and the car runs through corners like it's on rails and ride quality is excellent. I went from a custom coilover to the eibachs though so It looks (to me) like I put a lift on it as far as ride height goes.

yeah, I was talking smack about Billy. Those rims are pretty cheap actually, just mb racing 5x's wrapped with cooper zeon's but the finish matches the car color almost perfect
