Model Type
How can you tell if your Alero is a GX, GL, or GLS? Also, what is the difference between the three.

Sorry, I tried searching but there are quite a few threads with the words car and model in them.
The GM list didn't really help me out much. I have 4 wheel disk brakes, power seats, rearview mirror reading light, and some more stuff that was only standard on the GLS, but do not have the 3.6.

Put your VIN into CarFax or any other VIN lookup and it'll tell you, and then want you to pay for more detailed info.

^so, its a GL1. it can have fogs cause its a gl, but its a 1 so it had hubcaps.
the guy who gets my car is rly gonna be messed up. it has cloth, no fogs, a 2.4, gls wheels, and clear corners. Is it some sort of sport package?
