3400 is a beast, i wish i had a manual alero, if i did i would mod the crap out of it, but i have an auto. Anyways here is a youtube video that i have in my favourates

He has S&S, and I get mine back from the coater tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll be able to get video of a header'd and cammed 3400 this weekend.

sands are great headers, they are also your only option other than custom, but if you are still planning on turboing it would be a waste of money......
