I just got a scan tool that can read GM specific codes and it found code P1189 but it doesn't say what it is. The engine light isn't on, anyone know what it is?

Engine Oil Pressure Switch Circuit. Could be a poor connection, a damaged harness, or a bad ground in the system.

cool, thanks any idea how to tell if maybe the switch is bad also?
