Ohhh.... 2.5 inches wide maybe 3 or so inches tall. Its from a hitch on a 2010 cummins. (Step dads truck) lol

Hmm okay ive done a little bit today... Lets see... Already mentioned the new bumper was dropped off.. Umm fixed my dash rattle for good from the solid trans/motor mount causing vibration. (Glad thats done with) put a new chrome badge on the front bumper since my gold one from factory faded a crappy chrome color. took her on a cruise tonight. And got a few photos of her with heat lightning. :)

Some arent great quality but you get the point.

Shipping would probably suck a lot, but I know I can find you one. I can definitely get you the clips. There are several silver alero's here in the yard and I'm going back with manwhore on Tuesday anyway.

Well, on Thursday I replaced all of my interior carpet with some pretty nice looking carpet from a Jawa blue Alero in my local yard. Today, I messed with my oil pressure gauge wiring to see if I was having wiring issues or sending unit issues... It seems to be the latter. I will have to swap that out with the new one I have when I get some cash again. I also swapped my sun visors for some slightly nicer ones with tighter fabric. And finally, I tried replacing my window switch and mirror switch with my replacement from the junkyard since I broke my window lock switch when trying to change the lighting color... My replacement switches neither light nor work... boo! Back to the jy!

Well, today i took out my old autolite plugs that were meant for my NOS idea awhile back.. They were 2 steps colder then my old plugs (needed to run nitrous) so today i took them out and swapped back to my NGK tk55's i think it was. Been meaning to for awhile just kept forgetting, but now its all done.

Though, i ran into a new problem.. Noticed after i started car to test and make sure i didnt have a misfire on any cylinders.. I heard a weird noise coming from the pulleys... Look and my tensioner pulley moves WAY more then it should be. So i removed it and will have to run to autozone later to swap it for a new one.

And dang, yeah pacesetter headers your hose sits against the header. I have that problem. Zip tie it back about an inch. Thats what i did. Been like that for years with no problems.

I removed mine without a "pushrod remover tool" and reinstalled them fine. But interesting... Didnt know that.

Got a new set of front tires put on, did the front brakes with R1 concept drilled and slotted rotors (premium set) with posi quiet brake pads, installed a better WAI, and replaced both front tie rod ends.

breaking in those rotors was kinda scarry on post! I was just waiting for a MP to pull me over and give me a ticket! good thing I never saw him!:coolio:

Put a new radiator in, etc dropped 15*. Bought some Potenza S-04's to replace the 760's I had. Then my water pump decided to start leaking.

Well last Tuesday I had to pull over real quick because my fuel rail was leaking. (like it did on my way back from ASS, but significantly worse) Bolt fell out holding one side of the rail and it lifted up, spraying fuel, covering the entire engine bay. Lost 1/8 tank of fuel. Glad nothing ignited. Put new bolts I had on-hand in and aligned the rail properly and tightened.

Yesterday crossed the 250,000 mile mark.

Another new belt, last one i installed after the ac delete it kept squeaking. Fixed now. Belt was free, under warranty.

Installed a new oil sending unit for my oil gauge, last one was going bad, wouldnt read. Kept jumping to 60-80 psi, that also works now.

Both left and right have load resistors installed as well so whats the problem?

I had that happen to me. It turned out either the soder joints on mine weren't holding, or i had the bulb not polarized. It'll still work, but after awhile it'll start smoking and start a hyper-flash.

Synthetic Oil change with Lucas Oil Stabilizer to get rid of valve chatter (Due to oil starvation...stupid oil pressure switch). The lucas additive dampened most of the chattering noise

Painted my caliper brackets/perches silver as all 4 were rusty looking

Flushed the hell out of my brake system. Pedal feels amazing now as if I have brand new 4 corner brakes on my car. Rear calipers seem to engage quicker and harder than before. Probably the combination valve working like it should haha.

Cleaned the back side of my rims as well as the front and used a spray wax to prevent brake dust from collecting.

Relocated my amps and second battery to the spare tire area. Managed to fit as HC800 Kinetik, JL 4 channel amp, fosgate p1000 and all the wiring all in that space. Now I have great sound with a lot more trunk space.

Yea I drive a lot...usually a minimum 1k miles a week...if you mean mods then I have a few, about the same as sleepy minus the 6 speed..the engine and trans are out of my 03 so they only have 130k-ish on them.

Changed oil waiting on my check to get another pass window the dam clip came off the window the seal stuff came off :/ and working on the grand am gt skirts sanded down the rust put the skirts on installated the inside where the rust was peeking threw and now just waiting to get money to finish with the gt door panel deals

Why get a new window? Both of my windows on my coupe just had the clips break. Picked up the "generic" ones at autozone and fixed them both. For the sash to stay grabbed onto the window just use gorilla glue and clamp it down with a vice grip for 10 mins.

The regulator clips are easy to replace and can be purchased new in pairs on eBay for 7.00 shipped.

so i seafoamed my car, put it in the vacuum booster hose, in the gas tank and in the crank case. i didnt have the spray so i didnt do the throttle body but nevertheless the car runs better than ever... i also restored my headlights, now they are crystal clear, my HID's and Switchbacks look friggin awesome now that you can see them better lol... and then i converted my oil to fully synthetic.. very eventful day might i say!

Grabbed another gauge cluster from the junk yard and grabbed an intrigue cluster and just swapped face covers and needles out of a vw this one only has 117,XXX and the car was in perfect condition sadly it had to be in the scrap yard but will be finishing up with lighting inside soon

Well i cleaned my wheels and sharpied the top of my lugs to see how i would like it. It was a blue sharpie, it dried purple.

switched CAI for short ram yesterday and had my buddy install a new driver side tie rod for me then eyeball align it. stupid me left the ait and maf unplugged then tried to move the car CLUNK CLUNK. problem solved now and the car loves having a brand new spectre filter as opposed to a shitty ebay rust/rot filter.

Was outside in the rain, on the ground, for 4 hours doing a simple task of switching my wheels/spacers over to the new black car and its wheels over to the red car.

Jack issues, spacer being stuck on one of my hubs, rounded lug nut causing me to have to buy $30 worth of tools to remove it, broke my socket wrench... so much force was required undoing these lugs. It was a hell of a day.

The jackass who sold me this car put the wrong size tires on and the tires rub against the strut bottom plate. Shaved a section of the tread down so much two of the tires are ready to fall apart. So now that those wheels/tires are on the red car, I gotta figure out a way to drive it over to my friend's garage without messing up my KYB struts because the tires are literally right against the strut.

Fighting those and wing. What S H I T quality. Even with all the AED complaints that was way better quality than this POS kit. But it will be quality when done.

i think i have achieved a tastefully modded ride. apperance wise, she is done with her looks. only thing that could happen in the future/will happen is maybe new wheels (not for a good while though) then take off front fenders have them re painted in stock color, but have my fender stripes painted on them in "grabber blue" since that is basically what they are now, and it wont be a decal. :lol:

So I installed a new rack, inner and outer tie rods, water housing, brakes, brake line, front sway bar end links, two front wheel bearings and it needed an allignment when it was all said and done.

When I drop my car off at Indy tire for the allignment, sleepy followed me to give me a ride back because I still had things to do. We are sitting in his car and one of the employees comes out with his camera phone pointed at us... I'm like "look he's taking pics of your car!" Right then the guy starts looking around the corner as another employee drives MY car around, stops in front of the guy with a camera and he takes some pics... Sleepys like "what the hell?!! He's taking pics of YOUR car!!!" The guy looks satisfied, and turns to go back inside while looking at his phone. Sleepy yells "HEY! I've got one too!!" He was mad! I was Rollin! We drive past the office and we can see the employee inside showing the pic to someone else... Sleepy was mad again!!!

its nice to see a thread i started has blown up into a 62 going on 63 page sticky! :) anyway my poor girl has been sitting all week in need of an oil change. there is a HUGE spider on my ramps and i don'twant to kill it because it is helping control the fly population around outside my house.

Anyway... I ordered a new caliper bracket from baer since mine somehow got stripped out in one hole and lost the bolt on the road. 85$ for a 6 inch piece of aluminum! :lol: custom parts.. Gotta pay custom prices. rigged it up to hold the caliper off the rotor (it was rubbing when i lost bolt) since i had work. But now she is going to sit till tuesday... Waiting for the bracket to come in the mail.

my 5 speed has been sitting for the better part of the month of September... came back from meeting guiguilandry and was about to downshift... clutch hit the floor... got some pressure built back up to get home and thought it was the clutch master... replaced that, my mechanic took it for a test drive, and first downshift the pedal went to the floor again... there goes the slave... so new clutch and slave are being installed this week, hoping to have it back on the road by the weekend :)

got new rims traded the asa rims for a set of 17 inch drag dr-37 blacks and they fit! now just to get the 30$ becouse my normal lugs will not fit :/ so i have to get the special socket for the dam things....

Well as you know. (Most of you) i ordered a new caliper bracket from baer the other day then tonight i ordered a set of Taylor Thundervolt 8.2mm plug wires from summit. Also went to autozone got 6 NGK V Power copper spark plugs. All this will be put on next week.

Got the plugs in hand, but waiting for wires and bracket to come in. The plugs are a sweet light/electric blue color. So excited to get them.

Got my car back this morning... what a difference with the new clutch... my mechanic showed the old one... springs were almost falling out of it and it was almost smooth... no grooves at all like it's supposed to have! Also showed me the slave where the boot was supposed to be... ya.. there were fragments of a once existing boot but that's it lol... :)

I was gona get some custom made and get the lens smoked like the 3rd brake light
