Twin Disco Potatos (GT2860RS) would be perfect. They'd spool very fast and give you the airflow potential for around 700hp, plus they're small enough to not take up a ton of space. Obviously to push those big numbers you'd need a built engine and transmission, but you could easily run low boost on the street, say...10-12psi, and get some good power out of it while taking advantage of the very fast spool up. Get the exhaust manifolds and turbine housings ceramic coated, then wrap them up good with exhaust wrap and that'll take care of all the extra heat under the hood. Add in larger fuel injectors, some way to tune them and a good tune and you have a pretty powerful and responsive twin turbo 3400.
That's exactly what I would do if I had the V6.
