Twin Disco Potatos (GT2860RS) would be perfect. They'd spool very fast and give you the airflow potential for around 700hp, plus they're small enough to not take up a ton of space. Obviously to push those big numbers you'd need a built engine and transmission, but you could easily run low boost on the street, say...10-12psi, and get some good power out of it while taking advantage of the very fast spool up. Get the exhaust manifolds and turbine housings ceramic coated, then wrap them up good with exhaust wrap and that'll take care of all the extra heat under the hood. Add in larger fuel injectors, some way to tune them and a good tune and you have a pretty powerful and responsive twin turbo 3400.

That's exactly what I would do if I had the V6.

I was looking at one of them for a single turbo system they are good for up to 320 hp. with the fast spool up I think it would work well for a daily driven turbo 3400

A single GT2860 on a 3.4L engine would be way too small and restrictive on the exhaust. They're meant to be used on something like a 1.8L engine as a single. Something like a GT3582R would be a good size to use as a single on the 3400.
