9006=low beam
9005=high beam
And I'm pretty sure that those bulbs are legal in all 50 states......unless someone knows for sure otherwise...but yeah they will work. :thumbsup:

Check your state laws. Every state is different, and it also depends on if the cops are roosters.

the eurodesignz 6000K HID is not an HID conversion kit, nor is it HID, just marketed to sell that way.
so you know.
should be legal in most states, some states hassle you for any blue tint in your lights, but i'm not sure if they can ticket you for it. no problems in ky, tn, and co thus far.

Blue is illegal in California, as is brighter than stock headlights (Silverstars) but the cops usally don't mess with you just for that.....
Always check your state laws if you are not sure or if you are concerned.

Unfortunatly no. They (California Highway Patrol) hand out flyers at all the car shows, HIN, etc. that tell what's leagal and what's not. And vehicle code 24011VC says any Headlights brighter OR higher wattage than factory is illegal..

went out to check up on things..
1. how do you get the black piece to come off?
2. how do you replace (take out) the lo-beam?
3. will it be okay to clear corner while its raining? leaving the car without the headlamp assembly in the rain?

which black piece? The rubber one? Can you explain (possibly illustrate) what you mean?
to take out the bulbs, just twist and pull. Be sure you check the angle of the wires going to the harness. Nothing really important, just makes it easier to put it back together.
As long as you aren't doing your work outside, it should be alright. To be safe though, you can use a garbage bag and masking tape to cover up the hole.

WOW. You would think that IMPROVING night-time driving conditions would be PREFERRED, not frowned upon... >in an old-man's voice< " That's re-god-damned-diculous ! "

er, all you do is pull up on the 2 tabs and the light comes right out after disconnecting the wiring. not like it's rocket science or anything.
