the belt would have absolutely NO impact on whats coming from your speakers. Putting a new one one, wouldn't make a damn bit of difference when you adjust the volume.

it is not coming from my speakers.it is from my belt.my belt squeals not a whine in my speakers.

it squeals when there is a load put on the alternator and when i first start my car.

Is it the right size belt?

For somebody that's been installing audio equipment in cars for 8 years should know that the belt is in no way connected to the speakers.

I know very little about car audio systems, and even I know that what you are asking really doesn't make sense.

How can you be convinced that it is your belt when you were convinced before that it was your alternator? Yet the belt is brand new?

Could be any one of the pulleys.

ok i guess i forgot to say that this has nothing to do with my speakers.someone just thought that is what i was talking about and i never corrected them for it.the sound is from the belt and the speakers are fine.

i also changed the ac pump and still the same im running out of options.

Why are you replacing all the most expensive stuff first? Do you wanna spend thousands only to find out that it was a $15 idler pulley?

AC Pump? Do you mean the compressor?

So you spent $160 on a alternator, $800 on an AC Compressor, without knowing what the problem is in the first place

Why do you take it to a mech's shop and find the problem and fix it right without throwing money at it
