There is actually a TSB out on that problem. I did it to mine that were doing the exact same thing and it fixed it. There is an oil by a company named Kluber I think it is. The dealer sells it in these tiny little bottles. One for each caliper. You squirt it between the piston and boot and walla, no more noise. I thought I had posted the actual GM number for it a couple of years ago.
