Driver side wiper blade help.
So my girlfriend was telling me that her driver side wiper blade doesn't fully extend to the left side of her windshield. Today it was raining and we both were out driving and I compared how much her wipers go to the left side and to how much mine did and there was about 1" difference. How could I fix hers so that it goes towards more to the left before it sweeps back to the right. Before she bought her Alero, the windshield was replaced...I dont know if that matters.

were does it sit when the wipers are parked? they might be too low in the nuts at the bottom of the windshield and need to go up one more time

I know this isn't what you are looking for, but whatever the size of the wipers in inches, I plus sized both of them 1 inch

So instead of 17 & 22, you went with 18 & 23? Hows that working for you?

Whatever the stock size is for the passenger side is doesn't form to my windshield and doesn't properly wipe the bottom passenger side corner... I cant imagine how bad it would be if I went 1" over... maybe its just the latitudes i bought...

I agree that RainX blades do work really well. I also like their spray that beads up rain on windshields. To adjust the wiper blade all you need is a flat head to pry off the round cap where the wiper blade is mounted and then you'll need a 1/2" socket with a socket wrench and then your good to go.

yeah I might have to do that the next time I buy wipers. I actually didn't notice it happening as bad with my motorcraft ones, but these latitude ones really don't seem to want to conform.

which motorcraft ones do you have the flex type blade or the full solid one? I really like their flex blade only other ones I can find that compare is the bosch ones but the ford ones are cheaper and have lastest me almost the longest ( compared to the bosch that I had on the aurora )

I'm not entirely sure, the Ford Dealership put them on it before I bought the car. I really liked them and they fit the windshield very well, so I'm assuming they are the flex type.
Your talking about the clear plastic part that was on the wiper right? Cause yeah, I removed that lol.

if they were one solid piece ( no metal ) then its the flex ones the other ones are just the reg plain jane wipers....personally I love the flex ones I find they work good even in the winter

Here's the problem with the latitudes that I have run into.
It doesn't connect with the windshield at the end and it doesn't do so all the way until about 6 inches (maybe more) up the windshield...leaves and ugly corner dirty spot that the wipers cannot clean
