I used the "great stuff" expanding foam...

I used the "great stuff" expanding foam (prolly not the best idea) shot it in on either side of the light, then trimmed off the excess, not a rattle in almost 2 years.

My impact worked on one of them but the other I had to put in a vice and clamp the whole assembly to the work bench and jerk it with a breaker...
